Does my pod come fully assembled?

Your Portico workplace pod will be delivered flat packed on a double pallet for maximum efficiency, ready to be assembled by you, or our fitters if you'd prefer.

Do Spacestor offer assembly of the pod?

Absolutely! If you'd prefer not to assemble the working booth yourself, please reach out to us on the live chat or hello@spacestor.com and we'll be happy to arrange our fitters to install this for you.

How much does the pod cost?

£3,199 for the White option, £3,599 for Black & Oak, and £3,999 for all of the pastel colours. Our pricing is transparent, with free UK delivery included and no hidden up charges.

Do you offer financing solutions?

How long can you stay in the pod?

Portico is the ideal focus pod, phone call or video call, or to get some focus time for a particular task.

Is Portico soundproof?

Portico has a speech intelligibility rating of 20 DsA, but what does that mean in reality for users of the pod? It means they are the ideal 'noisy' or 'quiet' pod - you can either take your noise out of the office, by having phonecalls in privacy, or if the office is noisy, Portico will provide the quiet oasis you need to concentrate on your work.

What are my colour options with Portico?

We have a range finishes available as standard with the Portico private working pod including white, black, oak, blue, green & taupe so you can choose the colour that best suits your office. If you have a different custom colour in mind - get in touch! We'd love to discuss what colour you need.

How long does this single user pod take to Install?

With two team members, your pod should only take 3 hours to install.

How quickly will my pod be delivered?

Depending on your colour choice, your new working pod could be delivered as quickly as just one week.

How will my pod be delivered?

Your single user pod will arrive on a double pallet delivery to a ground floor location.

How does the 30 day money back guarantee work?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How many pods can I order at one time?

Whilst our really short leadtimes apply on orders of up to five pods, if you have a requirement for more on a similar leadtime, please do get in touch - we'd love to discuss!
